These iFIT cards automatically adjusts the speed, incline, and intensity of your machine. It offers eight weeks of progressive workouts--for a total of 96 workouts in all--each featuring audio coaching from fitness guru, Jillian Michaels

  • Compatible with iFit card readers in select exercise equipment (not included)
  • 24 treadmill workouts: incline range 0% to 10%; walking pace 2 to 3-1/2 mph; workout length 20 to 30 minutes; calories burned 250 to 400 per workout
  • 24 elliptical workouts: maximum intensity light; maximum rpm 60; workout length 30 minutes; calories burned 350 to 450 per workout
  • 24 stationary bike workouts: maximum intensity light; maximum rpm 70; workout length 30 minutes; calories burned 200 to 400 per workout
  • 24 incline workouts: incline range 0% to 30%; walking pace 1 to 3-1/2 mph; workout length 25 to 35 minutes; calories burned 300 to 550 per workout
