Additional Warranty Terms & Conditions:  ("we", "us" and "our" refers to Home Gym Power® Solutions)

Defects of a Home Gym Power® power product will be determined solely by Home Gym Power® Solutions and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of, or for the company.  Upon determination of a defect, our sole obligation will be to repair or replace the defective part with same or similar product. We reserve the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part there of, at any time without prior notice.  We may, at its sole discretion, substitute the warranted product for a similar part which may be either new or refurbished.

Any warranty claim against Home Gym Power Solutions for defects in materials or workmanship must be submitted in writing, preferably via email.  We must authorize the return of any product before it is returned and will provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which must be included with your return. Unless otherwise specified, the party making the claim must prepay all shipping and transportation costs. We may not be able to process your warranty claim unless all of the conditions of the warranty have been satisfied.

No representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to assume for Home Gym Power Solutions any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the product, or alter the terms of this warranty in any way.

Home Gym Power Solutions shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of any power product or its use by the owner.

The conditions of the warranty are: Products shall have been subject to only normal use and service and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly set up or otherwise damaged; and, there shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction. Under no conditions is Home Gym Power Solutions liable for loss of, or damage to, any device; nor loss of, or damage to, property or persons; nor any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use any Home Gym Power® Solutions product.

Standard warranty for "non-power" related products is 90-days, unless otherwise specified in the products details.

All Warranties are "Non-Transferable"
