This is a Boot Camp! This is Level 4! This eight-week program designed to kick your ass into shape! Simply insert the iFit workout card into the compatible iFIT card reader on your equipment console and you'll be on your way to a Jillian Michael's Boot Camp!. This iFIT cards automatically adjusts the speed, incline, and intensity of your machine. It offers eight weeks of progressive workouts--for a total of 48 workouts in all--each featuring boot camp style audio coaching from fitness guru, Jillian Michaels

Take a realistic approach: If you work consistently and follow the program, you maximize your results.

  • Compatible with iFit card readers in select exercise equipment (not included)
  • 24 treadmill workouts: incline range 0% to 40%; walking pace 6 to 10 mph; workout length 45 to 60 minutes; calories burned 950 to 1300 per workout
  • 24 incline workouts: incline range 0% to 40%; walking pace 3 to 7 mph; workout length 45 to 60 minutes; calories burned 1000 to 2000 per workout
